1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and ki887 ("ki887," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the ki887 online gaming platform available at ki887.club and all related services, applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a ki887 account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to ki887 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with PAGCOR standards for online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ki887 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending age verification.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ki887 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ki887 does not warrant that the Platform is legal or available in all locations. Players accessing ki887 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a ki887 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID
• Valid email address and active Philippine mobile number
• Date of birth (confirming 21+ eligibility)
• Residential address in the Philippines

Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one ki887 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ki887 uses identity verification technology to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to belong to the same individual will be closed, and any associated winnings or balances will be voided.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ki887 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ki887 staff will never ask for your password. You must notify ki887 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ki887 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide all documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Payment method verification (where applicable)

Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory KYC completion. ki887 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Inactivity

Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. ki887 may apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive account balances after this period. Players will be notified via their registered email before any inactivity fee is applied.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ki887 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit is ₱50. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ki887 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ki887 account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) hour during banking hours. ki887 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 1–4 banking hours during business days.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

ki887 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of:

• KYC identity verification
• Outstanding wagering requirement compliance
• Anti-money laundering (AML) due diligence checks
• Fraud or account security investigations

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

The ki887 Platform must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. Deposits must be made using payment methods legally registered to the account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited. ki887 will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All ki887 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where no specific terms are stated, the following general conditions apply: bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ki887 prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedging bets to guarantee bonus withdrawal, using prohibited game categories to fulfill wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors or system glitches. ki887 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

5.3 Promotion Changes

ki887 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and subject to their stated terms at the time of claiming.

6 Gaming Rules and Conduct

All games on the ki887 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general conduct rules apply to all players:

• Players must not use any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform or gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Players must not exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or the Platform. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Players must not engage in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the integrity of any game.

ki887 reserves the right to void bets and adjust account balances where any rule violation is identified. Decisions by ki887 regarding rule violations are final.

6.1 Game Availability

ki887 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at all times. Games may be temporarily unavailable for technical maintenance, provider updates, or regulatory compliance reasons. ki887 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by game unavailability.

7 Responsible Gaming

ki887 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. ki887 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after specified play durations.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and block access to the Platform.

Players who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by creating new accounts. Any account created by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ki887 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ki887 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorization from ki887.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ki887's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

ki887 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical interruptions
• Delays in payment processing by third-party providers
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials
• Any force majeure event including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures

10 Account Termination

ki887 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so

You may request account closure at any time by contacting ki887 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5–10 business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt dispute resolution through ki887's internal complaints process, which can be initiated by contacting support via the email address displayed in the footer of this website.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ki887 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Minor changes may be made without direct notification, but will always be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the ki887 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
